Back Pain and Joint Centers of Texas

Dr. H. Kala EulittBack Pain & Joint Centers of TexasDr. H. Kala Eulitt, founder of the Back Pain & Joint Center of Texas was born and raised in the Clear Lake area of Houston as the youngest of four children, and proud to be a native Texan. As a youth, he enjoyed playing sports, camping, and traveling to all 50 states with his family.

Shortly after graduating from Clear Lake High School, Dr. Eulitt took two years away from his schooling to do missionary work helping to spread the message of Jesus Christ. Upon his return, he jumped right back into his education to complete his undergraduate degree in Human Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Texas Chiropractic College. He then went on to earn his board certification in treating chronic pain and neuropathy from the American College of Physical Medicine.

After completing his training in Northern California, Dr. Eulitt moved to Conroe TX and and opened a private practice in January of 2009. His goal was to help his patients get out of pain, get off pain medications, avoid surgery, and get back to pain free living. Over the first eight years Dr. Eulitt helped thousands of patients, but there were still some patients with advanced conditions that he just wasn't able to help. This began a personal journey of looking for new research and treatments to help these advanced back and joint conditions. As a result Dr. Eulitt became one of the first medically integrated clinics in the area, partnering with medical providers to provide Regenerative Medicine treatments and help these advanced conditions avoid surgery.

It has now been five years that Back Pain & Joint Center of Texas has been helping patients with advanced back, joint, and neuropathy conditions by combining Chiropractic, Regenerative Medicine, and Physical Rehabilitation all under the same roof.

When not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Eulitt and his wife Tara spending time with their four children, cheering them on at the rugby fields and volleyball courts. Dr. Eulitt is also proud to give back and be actively involved with his church and community. As a past board member of the Conroe YMCA and Conroe Noon Lions Club, he loves working to make our community a better place for all.

Pizza Shack

Pizza ShackIn 1985, John and Claudia Simmons, along with their siblings David, Glen, and Darren Kiely started Pizza Shack in a small house equipped with little more than a KitchenAid mixer and a residential oven. Our hope was simply to make good pizza and other staples that we missed from the East Coast. We recruited another relative, Jim Simmons, a trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America in New Your, to perfect other dishes s our menu slowly grew.

By 1997, we grew enough to build a free standing restaurant just behind the Pizza Shack’s original location in Willis. In 2003, our Montgomery location was added along with a full catering division, Danello’s. We’re still very much family owned and operated with John and Claudia Simmons as owners. You will see their son, Michael Simmons in both locations as he oversees the restaurants and manages the Montgomery location. David Kiely, one of the original founders, is the store manager in the Willis location. We are delighted to be part of a community that has welcomed Pizza Shack as their hometown restaurant. We take a lot of pride in what we do and we really enjoy it. We have a full menu with plenty of food options and bar service. We will continue to make sure that our customers enjoy all that Pizza Shack has to offer.

Clarity Hearing

Hearing with ClarityYou never understand the importance of your hearing until it becomes a problem.

You or a loved one may be experiencing signs of hearing loss or are noticing that your hearing isn’t as sharp and resounding as it once was. Although this can feel scary; often the solution is small, simple and nothing to worry about.

In the same way you’d visit the doctor if you had physical health concerns or visit the dentist if you had a tooth-ache; your first step is to book a hearing evaluation so that we can determine what the cause of your reduced hearing may be.

It could be something as simple as a build-up of ear wax or it could be something that requires our audiology expertise, but we’ll be able to help you in a warm friendly environment to determine what the problem may be.

At Clarity Hearing, we’re a locally owned and operated Audiology clinic with five locations in The Woodlands, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball and the Wharton area – Dr. Scott Marquardt and our leading team of Audiology specialists are community focused and make it our duty to help any residents with hearing care concerns.
