The Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) was founded by Carol Gooch. The mission of this non profit Association is to provide a forum for Montgomery County Business Women to develop and enhance professional and personal relationships with their peers.
The first Board Meeting was held on June 2, 2005. The Association's officers for 2007–2008 are as follows:

MCABW Bylaws are posted online.
The first official meeting and ribbon cutting of MCABW was August 16, 2005 at the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce.
