After the silent auction, the Marriott served a patriotic-themed luncheon consisting of Red, White & Blue Salad, Southern Chicken, and Blueberry Cheesecake. While attendees dined, La Donna Gatlin entertained the audience singing “The Song in You.” Keynote speaker was Linda Nelson of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, whose message was titled “The Gift of Volunteering.” The twenty-one women honored definitely have that gift.
