MCABW Anniversary Luncheon Features Congressman Kevin Brady

CONROE, TX – July 29, 2013 - U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady (R-Texas) will give the keynote speech at the Montgomery County Association of Business Women’s (MCABW) eighth anniversary celebration and luncheon on August 27.  (See our online album for photos.)

The event is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at the Incredible Pizza Company.

“We are thrilled to have Kevin Brady attend this milestone event,” Carol Gooch, MCABW founder and executive director, said. “His presence says a lot about the growth and importance of our organization.”

Gooch invites members to come celebrate with a slice of anniversary cake. The businesswomen will also have an opportunity to do some networking during the luncheon.

“The luncheons are a great way for business women to meet their peers,” Gooch said. “We have a great group of women who are running successful businesses in our group. We are looking forward to celebrating the MCABW’s continued success.”

The group holds a networking luncheon the fourth Tuesday of every month, as well as a monthly breakfast meeting on the first Tuesday of the month and a mixer on the second Thursday of the month. Visitors are invited to attend two MCABW events before joining the organization.
